Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
1. Overview
At Controlled Chaos by Amye, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of these goods while fully respecting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL").
2. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
This includes The Reset Toolkit, guided journals, and other downloadable digital products.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if the product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. The Reset Intensive (Online Course)
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on The Reset Intensive course. If you are not satisfied with the course within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are available only where required under the ACL (e.g., the course is not as described or fails to meet a consumer guarantee).
4. The Reset Club (Monthly Membership)
Your membership subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at [email protected].
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle
- If you were charged after requesting cancellation due to a processing error, you are entitled to a full refund for that charge
- If the membership service is materially different from what was described, you may be entitled to a refund under the ACL
5. Free Products
The 3-Day Reset Guide and any other free resources are provided at no cost. As no payment is made, no refund applies. You may unsubscribe from any associated email communications at any time.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Your name and the email address used for the purchase
- The product or service you purchased
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
